Our events are a great way to meet your fellow Dublin publicans and develop your network – particularly important for new entrants to the Dublin trade.

This is a unique benefit as running a pub individually can be isolating without the support of fellow members.

Member Meetings

Networking opportunities exist at all our meetings and seminars. These are opportunities to talk to and learn from other people in the trade and share experiences on dealing with issues.

AGM & Members’ Dinner

Primarily a social event for members, the LVA organises an AGM and Members’ Dinner annually.

Golf Societies

The LVA has very active men’s and ladies golf societies. They organise regular outings to golf courses around the country and beyond. The golf societies enjoy a great social calendar and always welcome new members.

BBQ at Anglesea House

This is a popular date in the LVA calendar for publicans and is an opportunity for the trade to come together in a social atmosphere away from the day-to-day pressures of the business to meet with their peers.
