Jimmy Healy, Managing Director of Cogency

Jimmy is responsible for the LVA’s communications, PR and social media activity, a role he has been fulfilling since 2018. The founder and managing director of strategic communications agency, Cogency, he has been in communications and digital marketing for over 20 years. During that time he has worked in Government – heading up the communications team for the successful Lisbon Treaty Referendum – as well as advising a range of household name brands such as FIFA, Facebook, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, AIB, the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) and many more.

Muriel Foley, Managing Director of MGFD

Muriel Foley runs a digital marketing consultancy called MGFD. She has over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing in both Ireland and Canada. During her time in Canada she was Paid Social Lead for a global agency where she worked with clients in hospitality, retail, food and beverage and the auto industries. She was also a Digital Director with a leading Irish marketing and communications agency. Among the brands Muriel has worked with are Diageo, Jagermeister, Coca Cola and General Motors. She is also a lecturer in digital marketing in Munster Technological University.
