As part of the consultation process, the LVA has submitted our views on the proposal, which we feel is unsuitable for this location.

Our concerns can be categorised as focusing on the locational impact, the proximity to pubs and other businesses in the area, the proximity to a local school and the over concentration of drug related services in the area.
